This one-of-a-kind artwork contrasts two different materials and expressions. The left side, made with silk and cotton, features soft, curving stitches, while the right side, created with handmade Japanese paper, is defined by straight, linear quilting. Both are finished with free-motion machine stitching, creating a quiet harmony between differing textures and forms. The result is a serene balance—an elegant dialogue between softness and structure.
